Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Subscriber,” “You,” “Your”) and NetWurk.ai (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”). This Agreement governs your subscription to and use of the subscription-based services provided by NetWurk.ai (the “Services”). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not subscribe to or use the Services.

1. Subscription Service

NetWurk.ai provides subscription-based services, including but not limited to software tools, digital products, and ongoing support, as detailed on our website or in the service offering (“Services”). By subscribing to the Services, you gain access to these tools and resources for the duration of your subscription term, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Subscription Fees: The subscription fees for the Services are as stated on the pricing page of our website at the time you sign up for the subscription. These fees may vary depending on the subscription plan you choose (e.g., monthly, annually, etc.).
  • Payment Method: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of subscribing. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees, as well as any applicable taxes or additional charges, on a recurring basis for the duration of the subscription term.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis, as per the plan selected at the time of purchase. The billing cycle will automatically renew unless canceled by the Subscriber, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Subscription Term and Renewal

  • Initial Term: The initial term of your subscription begins on the date you subscribe to the Services and continues for the period specified in the subscription plan (e.g., one month, one year, etc.).
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial term for an additional term of equal length (e.g., one month, one year) at the then-current subscription fee.
  • Renewal Notice: You will be notified by email prior to the renewal of your subscription. You may opt out of renewal by canceling your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Subscriber: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that time.
  • Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
  • Termination by NetWurk.ai: NetWurk.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate the terms of this Agreement or engage in any activity that violates our policies, including fraudulent or illegal behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and your access to the Services will be terminated immediately.

5. Access to Services

  • User Access: During the subscription term, you will have access to the Services as outlined in the plan you selected. This may include access to software, tools, features, and support, subject to the terms and limitations of the subscription plan.
  • Account Restrictions: Your subscription is intended for your personal or business use only. You may not share your account access or transfer your subscription to another person or entity without prior written consent from NetWurk.ai.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

NetWurk.ai reserves the right to modify or change the features, pricing, and terms of the subscription plans at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the subscription plans that may affect your subscription, and you will have the option to either accept the changes or cancel your subscription.

7. Data and Privacy

  • Data Ownership: You retain ownership of any data you input into the Services. By subscribing, you grant NetWurk.ai the necessary rights to store and process your data in connection with providing the Services.
  • Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our [Privacy Policy]. By subscribing to the Services, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure that the Services are available without interruption, we do not guarantee the continuous availability of the Services. NetWurk.ai may need to perform maintenance, upgrades, or other activities that may temporarily affect access to the Services. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify you in advance where possible.

9. No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services and disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetWurk.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your subscription or use of the Services, including but not limited to any loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if NetWurk.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of NetWurk.ai under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
