NetWurk.ai is committed to providing a positive experience for all users of our SaaS-based CRM and marketing automation platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund. It applies to all NetWurk.ai customers and subscribers. By using NetWurk.ai services, you agree to this policy. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness while aligning with industry best practices and legal standards.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances. NetWurk.ai will consider refund requests only for the following reasons (provided the request is made within the approved timeframe, see “Refund Window” below):

  • Technical Failures: If you experience a platform malfunction or technical failure that prevents you from using the service as intended, and our team is unable to resolve it in a reasonable time.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly billed or charged in error (for example, duplicate charges or wrong amount charged).
  • Dissatisfaction (30-Day Guarantee): If you are not satisfied with our service and notify us within the first 30 days of your initial subscription or renewal, you may be eligible for a refund as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Outside of the above situations, no refunds will ordinarily be issued. We reserve the right to request information or evidence regarding the issue (such as screenshots of errors or details of the problem) to validate the refund claim.

Refund Window (30 Days)

You may request a refund within 30 days of the date of your subscription purchase or renewal payment. This 30-day window applies to both new subscriptions and automatic renewals. After 30 days have passed from the payment date, you will no longer be eligible for a refund for that billing period, regardless of usage. In practice:

  • For monthly subscriptions, the refund request must be made within 30 days of the charge for that month.
  • For annual or multi-month subscriptions, the refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial charge (or renewal charge).

If a refund request is not submitted within this timeframe, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to evaluate our service promptly so any issues can be addressed within the refund window.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and add-ons offered through NetWurk.ai are strictly non-refundable, given their pay-as-you-go or consumption-based nature. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • SMS and Email Credits/Usage: Fees for SMS messaging, email sends, or credits purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • AI Content Generation: Charges for AI content generation or copywriting services that are usage-based.
  • WordPress Hosting: Fees for any WordPress hosting services or related infrastructure provided.
  • Marketplace Apps and Add-ons: Purchases, subscriptions, or one-time fees for third-party apps or add-ons from the NetWurk.ai marketplace.

All such pay-as-you-go or usage-based services are final sale. Once purchased or used, these charges cannot be refunded or credited back to your account. We advise users to purchase pay-as-you-go resources judiciously, as unused portions of these services will not be reimbursed.

No Prorated Refunds

NetWurk.ai does not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. Refunds, when approved under our eligibility criteria, apply only to whole subscription periods (e.g., the entire month or entire year that was paid for). This means:

  • If you cancel your subscription or stop using the service midway through a monthly or yearly term, we will not issue a partial refund for the remaining unused days or months.
  • If a refund is granted (per the 30-day refund policy and eligibility criteria), it will be for the full amount of that month’s subscription fee or the full amount of the annual subscription fee (whichever is applicable), and only if the request was made within 30 days of the payment.

In summary, refunds are all-or-nothing for the given billing period – we do not calculate refunds based on the number of days used. After canceling, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the paid period unless a refund is issued. (If a refund is issued, your access to paid features may be revoked immediately upon refund, since that payment is being returned.)

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of refund approval. Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method you used. Please note:

  • You will receive confirmation from us when your refund is approved and processed.
  • The exact timing for the funds to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. While we process the refund on our end within 7-10 business days, your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency and via the same payment method used for the original transaction, whenever possible. If that is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as processing times can vary. Then, if necessary, contact NetWurk.ai support for further assistance.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

NetWurk.ai values open communication and resolving issues directly with our customers. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing or service issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • Investigation: We will suspend your account access temporarily while the chargeback is under investigation. Suspension is necessary to prevent further use of the service without payment while the payment in question is in dispute.
  • Resolution Process: NetWurk.ai will provide the payment processor or bank with any required information to demonstrate the validity of the charge (such as proof of service delivery, timestamps of usage, and this policy agreement). We will also attempt to reach out to you to understand the situation and resolve any misunderstanding.
  • Fraudulent or Unwarranted Chargebacks: If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or not warranted (for example, if a user initiates a chargeback despite the service being delivered as promised and no valid refund request was made in accordance with this policy), it will be treated as a violation of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. In such cases, NetWurk.ai reserves the right to permanently terminate or suspend the account in question and refuse any future service. Fraudulent chargebacks may be considered theft of service, and we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available.
  • Valid Disputes: If the chargeback or dispute is found to be valid (e.g., due to a genuine billing error on our part), we will honor the refund and work with you to rectify the situation promptly, with no penalty to you. Your account will be reinstated in good standing once the dispute is resolved.

To avoid unintended account suspension, please reach out to us first if you believe you are entitled to a refund or have an issue with a charge. We are here to help and can often resolve the matter faster and more amicably than a bank dispute process.

Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your NetWurk.ai subscription at any time if you no longer wish to continue with our service. “Cancellation” can refer to stopping the automatic renewal of your subscription (end-of-term cancellation) or terminating your account immediately. Here’s how you can cancel or request a refund:

  • Through Your Account Settings: Log in to your NetWurk.ai account, navigate to the Billing or Subscription section, and select the option to cancel your subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation. This will schedule your subscription to not renew at the end of the current billing period (you will retain access until that period ends, since no prorated refunds are given).
  • Contact Customer Support: You can request cancellation or a refund by contacting our support team. This can be done by emailing us at support@netwurk.ai or via the support portal. Please include your account information (registered email, account name) and a brief description of your request. Our support team will guide you through the process and confirm once cancellation is completed.

After Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you cancel, your account will not be charged again moving forward. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current paid-up subscription period, unless a refund was issued. If a refund is issued for that period (per eligibility above), access to premium features may end immediately upon cancellation. You may continue to use any free features of NetWurk.ai (if available) after cancellation.
