Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and expectations for all users of NetWurk.ai’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, lawful, and productive environment and to maintain the integrity and reliability of the NetWurk.ai service for everyone​

mimecast.com. By accessing or using NetWurk.ai, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform​

activecampaign.com. We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect evolving industry best practices or legal requirements, and will provide notice of significant changes (e.g. via our website or email); continued use of NetWurk.ai after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy​

activecampaign.com. This AUP is part of our commitment to trust and security – it helps prevent misuse, unauthorized activities, and content that could harm NetWurk.ai or its users. Users are encouraged to report any violations of this policy (see Enforcement & Reporting below), so we can take appropriate action to protect our community.

Prohibited Activities

NetWurk.ai must not be used for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform (including through any APIs or integrations):

  • Illegal or Fraudulent Conduct: Using NetWurk.ai for any unlawful activities, fraud, scam, or deception is forbidden. This includes engaging in hacking, phishing, identity theft, or any behavior intended to defraud others​keap.com. You may not use our platform to promote or execute criminal acts, such as instructing on hacking or distributing malware​keap.com. Any attempt to impersonate individuals or organizations for deceitful purposes (e.g. misleading advertising or phishing) is prohibited​activecampaign.com.
  • Security Breaches & System Abuse: You must not interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or integrity of NetWurk.ai. Prohibited actions include attempting to bypass authentication or security measures, reverse-engineering our services without permission, or testing for vulnerabilities without authorization​onsitecrm.com. Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, making excessive API calls or automated requests that degrade service performance, or otherwise overloading the platform is not allowed​onsitecrm.com. Introducing viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other malicious code into the platform is strictly banned​onsitecrm.com.
  • Unauthorized Use & Reselling: You may not resell, rent, or lease NetWurk.ai services to unauthorized third parties, nor exploit the platform for commercial use outside your own organization without our consent. Using your account to operate as a service bureau or to provide unauthorized services on behalf of others is not permitted. Similarly, you must not misrepresent your affiliation with NetWurk.ai or falsely imply our endorsement of your activities. Any use of NetWurk.ai’s name, logos, or trademarks must be pre-approved and comply with our guidelines (no spoofing or misleading representations)​activecampaign.com.
  • Misuse of AI and Automation: If NetWurk.ai provides artificial intelligence or automation features, you must use them responsibly. Do not use AI-generated content to produce spam, disinformation, deepfakes, or any content that violates this AUP​dynamo.ai. AI tools on the platform should not be used to impersonate others, to automate abusive behavior, or to otherwise “game” the system in ways that could mislead or harm individuals or the platform. In short, AI-generated content is subject to the same rules as any other content—you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with this policy.
  • Activities Harmful to Others or the Platform: Any action that could harm other NetWurk.ai users, third parties, or the platform’s functionality is prohibited. This includes harassment or stalking of other users, attempting to steal or harvest other users’ data, or using the platform to harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone. You may not encourage or facilitate others to engage in any activity that violates this AUP or could harm the platform​onsitecrm.com. NetWurk.ai also strictly forbids using the service for misleading advertising or unethical marketing practices that deceive recipients or violate consumer protection laws. All campaigns must be honest and transparent; false claims, “get rich quick” schemes, pyramid schemes, or similar fraudulent content have no place on our platform​activecampaign.com.

These examples are not exhaustive. Any behavior that is illegal, disruptive, or contrary to the intended use of NetWurk.ai is a violation of this AUP, even if not explicitly listed here. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any conduct is prohibited and to act accordingly.

Spam Policy (Email, SMS, and Messaging)

NetWurk.ai is committed to permission-based marketing and compliance with all anti-spam laws. Unsolicited bulk communications are strictly prohibited. Users of our platform must adhere to the following spam prevention rules:

  • Opt-In Consent Required: You may only send marketing emails, text/SMS messages, or other communications to recipients who have affirmatively opted in to receive such messages from you. This means you must have verifiable consent (e.g. the contact subscribed through a form or explicitly agreed) for each recipient. Using purchased, rented, harvested, or third-party lists of email addresses or phone numbers is forbidden​keap.com. You are not allowed to simply add contacts without their permission, even if they are potential leads; for example, finding an email online or obtaining a business card does not constitute permission to message them​activecampaign.com. All email lists used with NetWurk.ai must be 100% opt-in, and you should retain evidence of that consent in case of complaints​keap.com.
  • No Unsolicited Bulk or Automated Messaging: Do not send bulk messages, newsletters, or SMS to people who have not signed up to receive them. “Spam,” defined as unsolicited commercial email or messages sent in bulk, is expressly banned. This includes sending the same or similar content to numerous recipients who have no prior relationship with you. It also includes prohibited email practices such as using deceptive subject lines or headers, using open relays to send email, or otherwise masking the origin of messages​legal.hubspot.com​legal.hubspot.com. You must not send any emails in violation of anti-spam laws like the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act or Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), nor texts or calls in violation of laws like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)​keap.com​keap.com. Any messaging that results in excessive bounces, spam complaints, or blacklisting of our IP addresses is a serious violation of this policy.
  • Industry Compliance: All communications sent via NetWurk.ai should comply with applicable industry standards and regulations. This means, for example, including necessary contact information and honoring Do Not Contact requests. Emails must include a valid physical mailing address for the sender and a clear, functional way for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out of future messages​keap.com​keap.com. If a recipient withdraws consent (by unsubscribing or requesting removal), you must promptly honor that request, and cease sending to that individual​legal.hubspot.com​legal.hubspot.com. SMS/text campaigns must similarly follow regulations and guidelines (e.g. CTIA and carrier rules), such as not sending marketing texts without proper consent and including instructions on how to stop receiving messages (e.g. replying “STOP”). You are responsible for ensuring your use of phone numbers and text messaging complies with laws like TCPA and any Do Not Call registry rules​keap.com​keap.com.
  • No Tolerance for Spam: NetWurk.ai maintains a zero-tolerance stance on spam. Sending unsolicited bulk messages or breaking these rules can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We actively monitor deliverability and spam metrics; if we detect spammy behavior or receive spam complaints, we may pause your sending capabilities and investigate. Always adhere to best practices (e.g. confirmed opt-ins, message frequency limits, and relevant content) to ensure your audience is engaged and not being spammed. Compliance with organizations like M3AAWG’s sender best practices is encouraged to maintain good standing​legal.hubspot.com​legal.hubspot.com.

By following this spam policy, you help protect your own sender reputation as well as the platform’s ability to deliver messages effectively. Violations of anti-spam rules not only harm your audience’s trust but can also incur legal penalties, so please market responsibly.

Content Restrictions

Users are responsible for all content they create, upload, store, or distribute via NetWurk.ai (including campaign materials, emails, SMS, images, AI-generated text, etc.). You may not use the platform to transmit or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of prohibited content:

  • Hate Speech and Harassment: Content that promotes or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly forbidden​keap.com. This includes slurs, demeaning stereotypes, or any form of content that could be reasonably seen as harassment or intimidation of a protected group or individual. NetWurk.ai has zero tolerance for hate speech or content encouraging harm against others.
  • Defamatory or Malicious Content: You may not publish material that is libelous, defamatory, or maliciously false towards any person or entity​keap.com. Content that intentionally inflicts harm on someone’s reputation without factual basis, or that constitutes unlawful harassment or bullying, is prohibited. We expect users to communicate professionally and truthfully; personal attacks, deliberate misinformation about individuals, or content that could be legally defamatory are not allowed.
  • Obscene or Adult Material: Pornography and sexually explicit content are not permitted on NetWurk.ai​keap.com. This includes explicit sexual materials, nudity intended to arouse, escort or prostitution services, and any content of a sexual nature that is inappropriate for general audiences. Absolutely no content involving the exploitation of minors is allowed (such content will be reported to law enforcement). Additionally, sexually suggestive content that is not outright pornographic but is inappropriate or graphic may be disallowed at our discretion. Keep all content professional and suitable for a broad audience.
  • Violence and Illicit Activities: Content that depicts or promotes extreme violence, self-harm, or cruelty is prohibited. You must not use NetWurk.ai to disseminate graphic violence or encourage violence in any form. Also, do not distribute information that facilitates illegal activities – for example, instructions on making weapons or explosives​keap.com, or guidance for engaging in criminal conduct. Content that advocates criminal acts (like drug manufacturing, illegal hacking/phishing tutorials, etc.) is strictly forbidden​keap.com.
  • Illegal Products and Regulated Goods: You cannot use the platform to promote the sale or use of illegal substances, drugs, or related paraphernalia​keap.com. Promotion of prescription drugs without proper authorization, or any content that violates the Controlled Substances Act or other drug laws, is not allowed. Similarly, content about illegal gambling, illicit firearms or weapons, human trafficking, or any other illegal commerce is banned. If your content involves regulated industries (e.g. alcohol, tobacco, financial services), you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and industry guidelines for those areas.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Only post content that you have the right to use. Do not upload or send copyrighted text, images, videos, software, or other materials without permission from the owner​keap.com. This means no pirated software, no sharing of copyrighted music/movies, and no use of someone else’s logos or trademarks in your campaigns unless you are authorized. If you are using third-party content (like an article or graphic), ensure you have a license or it’s public domain/your own creation. We comply with copyright laws (such as DMCA in the U.S.) and will remove or disable content that infringes intellectual property rights. Repeated infringement can lead to account termination.
  • Misleading or Harmful Misinformation: NetWurk.ai must not be used to spread false or misleading information that could deceive or harm others. This includes knowingly sharing rumors or fabricated news as factual, using AI-generated text or deepfake images to impersonate someone or falsify events, or any form of fraudulent claim. For example, you cannot use the platform to run phishing scams, to spread disinformation in a political campaign, or to generate “fake reviews” or astroturfing campaigns​dynamo.ai. All content should be honest and transparent. Marketing content must accurately represent the product/service and not make deceptive promises (e.g. “guaranteed million-dollar earnings” or health cures with no proof are not allowed)​activecampaign.com.
  • Other Restricted Content: In general, if content is unlawful, highly offensive, or could cause significant harm, it should not be on NetWurk.ai. This includes content that contains malware or malicious code​keap.com, promotes self-harm or suicide, depicts extreme cruelty to animals, or any other content that we determine to be abusive or not in line with community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that we find objectionable or that may expose NetWurk.ai or its users to harm or liability​activecampaign.com, even if it doesn’t fall neatly into one of the above categories.

Before sending or posting content via NetWurk.ai, think carefully about whether it complies with this AUP and applicable laws. When in doubt, err on the side of caution or seek legal advice. We may require you to edit or remove content that violates these standards, and serious violations will have consequences outlined below.

User Security & Platform Misuse

We take platform security seriously, and we expect you to do the same. Users must use their NetWurk.ai accounts and the platform’s features responsibly, without abusing or undermining security measures. The following rules help maintain a secure environment:

  • Account Integrity: Each user (or authorized team) should use their own account credentials. Account sharing is not permitted – do not share your login credentials (username, password, API keys, etc.) with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify NetWurk.ai support immediately so we can help secure it.
  • No Credential Harvesting: You may not use NetWurk.ai to collect or harvest login credentials or sensitive personal data from others. This includes phishing attempts directed at other users, scraping contact information from the platform beyond what is intended, or tricking anyone into disclosing passwords or API keys. Any attempt to obtain another user’s account information, personal data, or NetWurk.ai’s non-public system information is a serious violation.
  • Scraping and Data Mining: Unauthorized scraping of data or excessive data mining on the platform is prohibited. You must not use bots, spiders, or automated scripts to crawl NetWurk.ai’s databases or user interfaces in order to extract information (such as other users’ contact lists or campaign data) without permission​onsitecrm.com. Likewise, any use of the platform’s APIs should respect our rate limits and access controls – do not try to bypass API limitations or “hack” the API to gain more data than allowed. All data access must be through official, documented features of the service; any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or access endpoints not intended for you is forbidden.
  • Bot Usage & Excessive Automation: While NetWurk.ai may offer automation tools to streamline marketing workflows, users should not employ external bots or scripts to interact with the platform in unintended ways. For example, you may not use automated tools to create bulk accounts, to repeatedly send API requests at a high rate, or to simulate user activity with the goal of avoiding usage limits or billing. Excessive API calls or automated actions that degrade service quality or stability will be seen as abuse​onsitecrm.com. If you have a legitimate need for load testing or high-volume usage, contact us for approval rather than attempting to force such activity, as unapproved stress testing or automation is against this policy​keap.com.
  • Unauthorized Access & Privacy: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the NetWurk.ai platform, or to other users’ accounts or data. This means no hacking, scanning, or security testing of our infrastructure without permission​keap.com. It also means you should not attempt to access data that you do not have rights to (for example, querying information via an API or URL manipulation that you’re not supposed to see). Do not use someone else’s credentials, keys, or tokens, even if obtained inadvertently. Additionally, accessing or searching NetWurk.ai by any means other than our supported interfaces (website, official mobile app, APIs) is prohibited – for instance, using automated scraping tools to pull data is not allowed as noted above. Respect the privacy and data ownership of all users; any form of data theft, “credential stuffing,” or unauthorized data viewing is a violation of this AUP and may be illegal.
  • Proper Use of Features: Use NetWurk.ai’s features as intended. Do not misuse dialers, email relays, or other tools for purposes other than their design. For example, using an email sending feature to relay personal non-business emails at scale, or using the CRM in a way that violates privacy laws (such as storing credit card numbers unencrypted or sensitive personal health information in violation of privacy regulations), would be considered misuse. Also, do not remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the software, nor attempt to copy or frame our software’s interface in an unauthorized manner​keap.com. If using any sandbox or testing features, abide by the guidelines provided. Any attempt to tamper with the platform’s functionality (such as modifying UI elements via unauthorized scripts, or using hidden APIs) is prohibited.

Remember that you are accountable for how you and your team use NetWurk.ai. If you are an administrator, ensure your users follow these security and usage rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in security breaches or misuse, to protect the platform and its users.

Consequences of Violations

Violating this AUP is a serious matter. NetWurk.ai may take a range of actions if you breach these rules, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Our goal is to address problems proactively, but we will not hesitate to enforce this policy to keep the platform safe and compliant. Consequences for AUP violations may include:

  1. Warning and Notice: For minor, first-time, or unintentional violations, we will generally issue a warning and notify you of the specific issue. We may require you to correct the violation (for example, stop a particular campaign, remove prohibited content, or secure your account). You are expected to promptly comply with any remediation steps we outline.
  2. Suspension of Service: NetWurk.ai may suspend your account or particular functionalities if a violation is serious or if you fail to comply with a warning. Suspension can be temporary while we investigate or while you address the issue. During suspension, you may be unable to log in, send messages, or access certain data. We strive to restore access once the problem is resolved and assurances are in place that it won’t recur. However, if we suspect ongoing harm (such as active spam or security threats), we might suspend access immediately to protect the platform and others.
  3. Termination of Account: For severe violations or repeat offenses, we reserve the right to terminate your NetWurk.ai account entirely​keap.com. Account termination means you will no longer have access to the service, and stored data may be deleted or made inaccessible (subject to applicable data retention policies or law). We may terminate without prior warning in egregious cases – for example, if we discover you are using the platform for criminal activity, distributing malware, or actions that pose critical risks to others. Termination for AUP breaches may also forfeit any fees paid; per our Terms of Service, we likely will not refund customers terminated for cause.
  4. Removal of Content: In conjunction with the above actions, NetWurk.ai can delete or disable any content that violates this policy. We may scrub your mailing list of non-opt-in contacts, delete campaigns containing prohibited content, or otherwise remove offending material. In some cases, we might allow you to export your legitimate data before termination, but we are not obligated to do so if the circumstances warrant immediate removal. We may also issue cease and desist directives for specific behavior if needed.
  5. Legal Action and Liability: Certain violations might expose you to legal consequences. If your use of NetWurk.ai violates the law (for instance, sending unlawful spam, committing fraud, or infringing copyrights), we may report you to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We will cooperate with law enforcement as legally required. Additionally, you may be held financially liable for any damages your violation causes to NetWurk.ai. This can include the recovery of expenses or losses (for example, if your spam causes us to be blacklisted or fined, we may seek compensation from you)​keap.com. You agree that NetWurk.ai is not liable for any losses you incur due to enforcement actions on our part (such as suspension or deletion of data) when those actions are a result of your violation​keap.com. In fact, if your actions result in claims or damages against us (for instance, a lawsuit or regulatory penalty), you agree to indemnify and hold NetWurk.ai harmless for those costs, including legal fees, per our Terms of Service​keap.com.

NetWurk.ai will determine the appropriate consequence on a case-by-case basis, and may escalate enforcement steps if problems are not resolved. We also reserve the right to immediately implement stricter measures (skipping warnings) if a violation is particularly dangerous, deliberate, or illegal. Our failure to enforce any particular provision of this AUP in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. We aim to be fair and transparent in enforcement, and we will communicate with you if action is taken, except where prohibited by law or when notifying you would impede an investigation.

Third-Party Integrations and Services

NetWurk.ai often integrates with third-party services – for example, email delivery providers, SMS gateways, social media platforms, and other applications – to enhance your marketing and CRM capabilities. When using any third-party integration through NetWurk.ai, you are required to follow not only this AUP but also the acceptable use policies and terms of those third-party services. In other words, all actions you perform via NetWurk.ai must also be compliant with the rules of any external platform or service you interact with.

Some examples: If you send SMS messages through a telecom carrier integration, you must adhere to carrier rules and industry guidelines (such as the CTIA messaging principles and Telephone Consumer Protection Act)​

keap.com. If you integrate with an email sending service or SMTP relay, you must follow that service’s anti-spam policies. If NetWurk.ai allows posting to social media or importing contacts from another app, you must abide by those platforms’ terms of service (e.g. no spamming contacts obtained from LinkedIn, no auto-posting content that violates Twitter/Facebook policies, etc.). Any use of third-party API keys or credentials within NetWurk.ai should be authorized and in line with the third party’s expectations.

Prohibited third-party integration activities include: using NetWurk.ai to circumvent another platform’s usage limits or security; performing actions via our integrations that would get you banned if done directly on the third-party service; or exploiting NetWurk.ai’s connections to gain unauthorized data from other services. You also may not use our platform to facilitate someone else’s violation of a third-party’s rules. NetWurk.ai will not be held responsible for your misuse of external services, and we may disable or cut off an integration if we detect abuse or if required by the third-party provider.

In summary, respect all connected platforms’ rules. If a third-party service imposes certain user conduct requirements, treat those as extensions of this AUP when you use that service through NetWurk.ai. We can impose additional restrictions or technical blocks to ensure compliance with partner requirements and industry regulations​

onsitecrm.com. Failure to comply with relevant third-party terms can result in loss of access to those integrations or other enforcement action under this AUP.

Enforcement & Reporting

NetWurk.ai is committed to enforcing this AUP fairly and diligently. We employ a combination of automated tools and human review to monitor for compliance – for example, systems may flag high bounce rates, spam complaints, or suspicious login patterns. However, we also rely on our user community to report potential abuses or violations. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP (by any user, team, or integration), please report it immediately to us. You can contact us by emailing abuse@netwurk.ai or through our support channels to report abuse​

activecampaign.com. Provide as much detail as possible (e.g. the account involved, the content or activity in question, timestamps, and any supporting evidence). We will treat reports with confidentiality and address them promptly.

When a violation is reported or detected, NetWurk.ai will investigate the matter. This may involve reviewing the user’s content, logs of activity, and any other relevant information. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates the AUP during our investigation​

activecampaign.com, and to immediately suspend accounts if necessary to prevent ongoing harm. We strive to be fair; if we believe a violation can be corrected, we may reach out to you with a warning or request for corrective action as described in the Consequences section. If you disagree with an enforcement action, you may contact our support or compliance team to provide additional context, and we will review any information you provide. However, please note that decisions we make to protect the platform and users are final.

Enforcement of this AUP is at NetWurk.ai’s sole discretion. We may not always catch every violation immediately, but when we do, we will act to rectify it. Repeated or serious violations will result in stricter enforcement, up to and including termination and legal action as outlined. In some cases, we might involve law enforcement or other authorities if the activity is criminal (for example, fraud, child exploitation, credible threats of violence, etc.). We also might notify affected third parties (such as a victim of harassment or an email service that was spoofed) if necessary to resolve an incident.

Our aim is to create a platform where all users can confidently conduct their marketing and CRM activities without interference or fear of abuse. By following this Acceptable Use Policy, you contribute to a healthy digital ecosystem.
